ABOUT
I’m Jen. Photographer, blogger, and holistic lifestyle advocate. Passionate about toxin-free living, local and seasonal food, slow travel, and clean beauty.
My passion and purpose
+ I love to support companies that have a heart and soul. Companies that make products that are good for us and good for the environment.
+ When we make conscious decisions about what we purchase, we can make the world a better place by choosing local, ethically made, sustainable, and eco-friendly.
+ I love to cook using local, fresh, seasonal ingredients. Supporting local organic growers and regenerative agriculture paves the way for a sustainable and healthy future.
+ Off the beaten path is my kind of travel experience. Adventure, culture, local food, and new experiences. Slow travel focuses on sustainability for local communities and the environment.
+ Clean beauty is my passion. Good for you. Good for the planet.
+ I love guiding women on how to reduce toxins in their homes and beauty routines.
+ I am a creative director, photographer, and blogger. I have a passion for visual branding and authentic storytelling.
+ I am continually challenging myself to align my life with my work. My goal is to inspire others to make intentional choices about the foods they eat, the products they use, and the footprint we leave on our planet.
I work with conscientious entrepreneurs and brands who care deeply about their impact on this world.

Preserving our natural world
+ We are at a time in history, where we must make decisions swiftly about how we treat our earth.
+ It can be overwhelming to look at the big picture, but in making small changes each day, each of us as individuals has the power within us to make a huge impact on planetary health as well as our personal health. Make consciously inspired decisions such as reducing or reusing. Buy local, eco-friendly, small-batch, or artisan-made.
+ Build community and support local, organic food growers and regenerative agriculture practices. Start growing your own food. Eating local and in-season food means more nutrient density and less impact on the environment.
+ Start in your own home. Reduce your exposure to chemicals that cause serious harm to your health and destroy local ecosystems. Chemicals in household cleaners are eventually rinsed down the drain, and not all contaminants can be removed by water treatment facilities and end up in our rivers and lakes.
+ Consider the footprint we leave on our planet. Enjoy meaningful travel taking more time to explore and immerse yourself in the local way of living. Minimize your impact on nature by searching out sustainable hotels or accommodations, and research eco-tourism events, experiences for your destination. Offset your carbon emssions through your airline by opting to pay an additional fee, or donate to organizations that support this.
+ Get outside. Explore our beautiful, natural landscapes. We love hiking and camping, and we are so lucky to live in such a beautiful part of Canada.
